Run counts reset on the 1st of every calendar month at midnight UTC.

No. Run limits are based on consumption — each time you start an analysis
it counts against your monthly limit regardless of whether you later delete
the results.
You get a 14-day grace period after downgrading. During this time your
data is preserved but paid features are locked. After 14 days, data
older than 30 days is removed.
A run is one complete competitor analysis for one of your products. It includes
competitor discovery, live web scraping, feature gap analysis, and pricing
extraction. Each product can be analyzed independently.
