You describe the change in the chat and the editor works out how to make it. Straightforward requests go to one of its built-in PDF operations; anything they do not cover is handled by generating and running code against your document. Every edit is then checked, and retried if the check fails, so what you see is the result that passed verification.
Write what you want in plain language — no commands and no special syntax. For example: “Remove page 2”, “Replace ACME with Contoso everywhere”, “Add a DRAFT watermark” or “Number the pages”. You can also ask a question instead of an edit, such as “What is this contract about?”, and each follow-up message keeps the context of the previous ones.
Pages: delete, reorder, rotate, extract into a new document, or add a blank one. Text: replace, delete, redact, highlight, or change its font, size, colour and weight. Document: add or remove a watermark, add page numbers, edit the title and author. When no built-in operation fits, the editor writes and runs the code for the change instead, so this list is not a hard limit.
